I met my husband when I was twenty five.
His easy smile, sense of humor and good looks were hard to resist. I knew right away that we would be great friends.
His biggest drawback was all of the other women chasing him around. I didn't have time for games and he understood that about me.
We chose each other on purpose.
Over forty years later he is still easy to love.
The only other female chasing him lately is Summer and I'm ok with that and so is he.
How lucky we are to share so much for so long.
Still making each other laugh.
What more could we want?
The three of us watched the fog roll up the hill this evening.
Together still.
Feels right.
Romance equals love equals us.

mission accomplished - wife said it looks “normal”, so I’m ok with that. Number 3 on the clipper dial is not the same as #3 at the barber! I think it’s 3mm vs 1/3rd of an inch or whatever bullshit the hair industry uses
@decryption I think clipper numbers are 1/8ths of an inch. 3.18mm

oh, and I got Moe to complete my set of happy ghasts.
New on my to-build list: a happy ghast hangar. Possibly with a big piston door, which would make finding a source of slime a priority.

Quick update about the signed limited edition paperbacks of LESSONS IN MAGIC AND DISASTER with the sprayed edges...
The books were shipped to me from the warehouse and took a weirdly long time to arrive. I took a week to sign and ship 'em. Now UPS is saying the box was LOST due to the Nor'Easter 😭
